Introduction to machinery
The collection three of the Operandi appendix will present new works by Valeriano Ortiz, Edgar Sarin and a new creative entity of Operandi, Marlon Middenken (DE). A guest of honour will be represented by this new collection, his work will be revealed on the evening of the launch.
In order to present collection three, the artists of the Operandi have conceived an installation of the humanoid symphony type; an electric machine in which the electronic flow of current would be replaced by a human flow. Beyond presenting the works of the new collection, this installation will show the artists of Operandi in their primitive state of creation.
On the occasion of this Humanoid Machinery number three, the Operandi appendix will invest for a few hours several habitable volumes of the rue Dauphine, including the walls of the gallery L’inlassable, which will serve as a battery for the installation. Visitors will be transported by bytes, ordered according to their blood groups, by texture agents to the main installation for a circuit lasting nine hundred and twenty heartbeats.
Requests for accommodation will be made at the facility’s battery, and will be collected by a dedicated agent. The meeting with the artists of the Operandi will take place directly after the machinery is turned off at 9:30 pm.

Introduction à la machinerie
La collection trois de l’appendice Operandi présentera les nouveaux travaux de Valeriano Ortiz, Edgar Sarin et d’une nouvelle entité créatrice de l’operandi, Marlon Middenken (DE). Un invité d’honneur sera représenté par cette nouvelle collection, son travail sera révélé le soir du lancement.
Afin de présenter la collection trois, les artistes de l’Operandi ont pensé une installation de type symphonie humanoïde; une machinerie électrique dans laquelle le flux électronique du courant serait remplacé par un flux humain. Au delà de présenter les oeuvres de la nouvelle collection, cette installation mettra en scène les artistes de l’Operandi dans leur état primitif de création.
A l’occasion de cette Machinerie Humanoïde numéro trois, l’appendice Operandi investira pour quelques heures plusieurs volumes habitables de la rue Dauphine, dont les mur de la galerie L’inlassable, qui serviront de batterie à l’installation. Les visiteurs seront acheminés par octets, ordonnés selon leurs groupes sanguins, par des agents de texture jusqu’à l’installation principale pour un circuit d’une durée de neuf-cent-ving battements cardiaques.
Les demandes d’hébergement se feront dans la batterie de l’installation, elles seront recueillies par un agent prévu à cet effet. La rencontre avec les artistes de l’Operandi se fera directement après l’extinction de la machinerie, à 21h30.
