Phoney War
After having sculpted rocking chairs in Canada, distributed 1000 umbrellas made in survival blankets in the arenas of Arles fro free, painted bushes, birds and musical instruments in Los Angeles, Elvire Bonduelle sees her quest for happiness invaded by a new pattern: war.
Yet most often locked in her studio, radio off and notifications disabled, reality has eventually interfered with her practice.
Galerie l’inlassable is pleased to present Phoney War, a collection of recent works by Elvire Bonduelle.
Will be presented simultaneously rue Dauphine and rue de Nevers an unpublished series of « pipes », as well as her « Litanies » drawings, and some of her recent series of « OK KO » furniture-sculpture.
Elvire Bonduelle was born in 1981 in Paris. She lives and works in Paris.
